Part 1 Appreciation is extended to NP Jivani for her patience, caring nature & concern . She is very knowledgeable & understanding on end of life issues for the elderly. The Geriatric component is vital in the health field . There are so many areas that require time, patience , compassion, etc. I was quite impressed regarding time to book an appointment. Environment was relaxing, comfortable & appealing.

This is the type of help that most patients wish they get. I feel very encouraged about the future of my care. Kindness and empathy re fundamental when helping someone struggling with mental health issues. The doctor was very clear on the steps to take and i felt from her a genuine desire to truly help me despite admitting that i was an alcoholic in my youth. There is hope. Thank you so much for deeing me so fast.

Thank God I was able to have met Jovani and have her as a therapist . She is absolutely amazing. She has been a great help to me. Her professional skills are outstanding and she knows how to make me smile. Her vast and varied knowledge in many areas have been very helpful to me. I was impressed upon arrival by the office. It was not crowded, and I was greeted immediately. I waited no more than a minute when my Dr. came out greeted me and escorted me back to the office. My Dr. was very pleasant and put me at ease. I felt she truly listed to me. I will be back for more sessions
