I am a mental health counseling intern who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges in a real and supportive way. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, I bring a down-to-earth, relatable approach and focus on creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I am especially interested in working with women and families, with a focus on trauma, anxiety, and everyday life stressors. I use a client-centered and culturally aware approach, helping clients build practical coping skills while feeling seen and understood. I am committed to growing as a counselor and supporting my clients in building the life they want, on their own terms.
