He is very thoughtful and patient, taking time to ask about the 3 facets of my mental health needs and suggesting a new medication that would help with all 3 of them. I had a strong side effect with one of my old meds and he suppoShow morerted me wanting to wean off that med and start a better medication for me. It was great to feel like he genuinely wanted to see how I was doing, know what helped and what was challenging.

I genuinely appreciated feeling acknowledged and his attentive listening during our visit. Unfortunately, it’s quite common to feel like an appointment to get through or just a number, but I felt truly seen and heard during his appointment.
NP Shashoney Robinson, was wonderful and so helpful. He has “bedside manners” ten fold. Very personable and easy to talk to on telemedicine. Filled my prescriptions straight away! Great NP !
