I cannot recommend Shawn Dugan enough—he has genuinely saved my life. During some of my darkest moments, including mental breakdowns during our appointments, he provided unwavering support. There were times when I was completely oShow moreverwhelmed, and he held space for me when I couldn’t hold it for myself. Shawn is awesome. I came wanting a total reset of my treatment plan something I had been asking my previous provider to do and got ignored. Shawn asked in detail questions, completed an indepth intake, and listened to what I was sShow moreaying. He changed my medication around and so far this is the best I've felt in a while. Had my second appointment today went spectacular except my mishap with my ear buds. Look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Dugan is a very knowledgeable psychiatrist. He understands my problems and is helping me try to make my life a little better. I am on a maintenance program. However sometimes changes need to be made in the future. And we are monitoring it.

Shawn is an incredibly sensitive and attentive practitioner, eager to help and knowledgable.
I will be honest...This is the best psychiatric office I have ever been to. My doctor seems to actually care for me. He is knowledgeable and empathetic. He listens to me and doesn't rush me and gives me feedback that is actually helpful. The office staff is very quick to respond to my needs or questions. If you want to be under the care of a psychiatric doctor, this is the place to go!!!!!!!

Listens to your problems
My appointment with Dr. Dugan today was very good. I am on a maintenance program so I already take medication. However Dr. Dugan supports my medication choices and doses and are continuing my progress until changes are necessary. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his advice.
After speaking with Mr. Dugan I always feel better. He is positive, always willing to listen, and address my concerns.
Shaun is willing to prescribe medications I request! We work on finding the right balance for me monthly. Shaun is a great listener, I am super happy seeing him.
Sean is very thoughtful and understanding. He gives good advice and he's able to dissect my confused thinking habits.
