Shawn is a very good listener. We usually discuss what meds I need new script for first and then discuss how I feel and how I am doing. He sends the scripts out immediately so I never have to worry about Running out of my meds, Show more He is very easy to communicate with.

Shaun is always in a great mood. He’s very helpful lessons close doesn’t miss anything and is happy to help. I’ve gone to him for a few years now I’m very happy with him.

I had an excellent experience with the provider, however, I was not satisfied with the customer service experience. When I first called, a gentleman answered the phone and sounded very confused and kept me in hold for an extended period of time. I had made an appointment online, but he couldn’t find it. It made me doubt the practice. It was not until I received a follow up text and call by Danie that I was able to get the appointment set up. It is confusing the whole online appt set up.
Shawn always calms me down and gives great advice when I'm confused as to what to do. He's a great sounding board.

Mr Dugan has been my daughter psychiatrist for 2 years now and has been nothing but supportive, encouraging, and empowering towards myself as her mother and my daughter.
