I am on a tapering off of xanax program. Down from 3mg per day to .25 per day. Dr. Dugan is excellent in helping me with this plan to get off benzodazapines.

A person can talk with Shawn about anything. He will listen, and give helpful information to achieve a solution.
I was worried about various aspects of an upcoming trip and he said that was my anxiety showing. It made me put my worries in perspective.
Shawn always takes the time to listen to my concerns. His responses are accurate and easy to understand. He has “fine tuned” my medication and I am very pleased with the results.

I had an excellent experience with the provider, however, I was not satisfied with the customer service experience. When I first called, a gentleman answered the phone and sounded very confused and kept me in hold for an extended period of time. I had made an appointment online, but he couldn’t find it. It made me doubt the practice. It was not until I received a follow up text and call by Danie that I was able to get the appointment set up. It is confusing the whole online appt set up.
Shawn always calms me down and gives great advice when I'm confused as to what to do. He's a great sounding board.

Shawn is a very good listener. We usually discuss what meds I need new script for first and then discuss how I feel and how I am doing. He sends the scripts out immediately so I never have to worry about Running out of my meds, He is very easy to communicate with.
