He solved a brand vs. generic dilemma I'd been dealing with for the lasShow moret 10 years by simply suggesting we move from time release to immediate release. I had to fight my insurance company every year to get the brand because the coating on the generic made me sick immediately upon consumption. Not one other doctor in that time recommended IR.

I am on a tapering off of xanax program. I have finished about 6 months of getting off of xanax. Dr Dugan has helped me complete the goal. He is very professional and curtious.

I was worried about various aspects of an upcoming trip and he said that was my anxiety showing. It made me put my worries in perspective.

Dr Dugan single-handedly saved my life. His team makes it super easy to schedule. I don't even have to call on the phone. We text! With someone with anxiety and severe depression when I'm feeling something I can text someone! Yes.

I had an excellent experience with the provider, however, I was not satisfied with the customer service experience. When I first called, a gentleman answered the phone and sounded very confused and kept me in hold for an extended period of time. I had made an appointment online, but he couldn’t find it. It made me doubt the practice. It was not until I received a follow up text and call by Danie that I was able to get the appointment set up. It is confusing the whole online appt set up.
Shawn always calms me down and gives great advice when I'm confused as to what to do. He's a great sounding board.

Shawn is a very good listener. We usually discuss what meds I need new script for first and then discuss how I feel and how I am doing. He sends the scripts out immediately so I never have to worry about Running out of my meds, He is very easy to communicate with.
