I find Dr. Hayden to be very open and easy for me to have a discussion regarding my health issues and concerns. He spent a very generous amount of time with me on this first visit just getting to know me and my personal history wShow morehile observing me to discover any obvious impacts on my physical or mental issues based on my issues. He is one of the best physicians I have ever encountered in my 80 years of life.
All staff members are extremely friendly and professional. I particularly like the artwork in all of the public areas and patient rooms. I sometimes worry that there is a little communication problem between the doctor and the othShow moreer staff members who pop in and out during a visit as sometimes prescriptions do not get renewed or there is confusion about a shot. As usual, a good appt…
I love Dr Hayden but I have issues with trying to get an actual person. I hate Zoey, your virtual assistant!!!! When I try to get an appointment, it's impossible!!!! I DO NOT have time to deal with a virtual assistant when I don't feel good and it takes 2-3 days for a person to contact me.

Knowledgeable staff and the best blood draw ever. In the past, I have often had bruises and pain after multiple attempts To draw blood. This phlebotomist was great!

Three urine specimens and living a month and a half with a UTI was not fun. The third specimen they finally got a reading, and started me on anabiotic’s! Far too late! How do you lose urine specimens?
