All staff members are extremely friendly and professional. I particularly like the artwork in all of the public areas and patient rooms. I sometimes worry that there is a little communication problem between the doctor and the othShow moreer staff members who pop in and out during a visit as sometimes prescriptions do not get renewed or there is confusion about a shot. Not every time, but it has happened more than once.

Dr. Hayden is the most responsive doctor I have ever had. He always finds time to really listen to my problems and he often gives me surprise diagnosis and unexpected treatment options. I also think he is very humorous, which keeps me relaxed and comfortable.
Dr Hayden genuinely cares about his patients. He listens, very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and attentive to the patients issues.

Dr.Hayden was very thorough. He also ordered bloodwork that I needed to check to see if my kidneys were functioning correctly. Later that afternoon, Dr.Hayden personally texted me to let me know the results of the test. I would highly recommend that if you need a good primary doctor Dr. Hayden would be the one to go to.

I love Dr Hayden but I have issues with trying to get an actual person. I hate Zoey, your virtual assistant!!!! When I try to get an appointment, it's impossible!!!! I DO NOT have time to deal with a virtual assistant when I don't feel good and it takes 2-3 days for a person to contact me.

Knowledgeable staff and the best blood draw ever. In the past, I have often had bruises and pain after multiple attempts To draw blood. This phlebotomist was great!
