After the band stretches with my arms Thursday, well it seemed to bother my lower back some. Some minor muscle spasms. Also, I have a personal doctor's appt Tuesday 12/17/2024 so I'll see yall Thrusday the 19th.

The office is both professional & clean. It was my first visit but that impression is everything.
Thank you for the care you provided for me. Great group, excellent service! The clerk at the front desk was so nice and professional. Helped me get started with my paperwork.
