I met Dr. O'Keefe at a Fall festival when he was advertising 21 Medical and I expressed that my husband and I had been wanting to explore more individualized personable care with a doctor who could have the time to get to knowShow more their patient and truly help us improve our health overall. We have seen him twice and already feel the so comfortable in his practice. I finally felt heard by a doctor and he provided recommendations without just trying to medicate me.
Dr. O’Keefe office was great! I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care l've received. Especially as a walk in patient. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The front desShow morek staff greeted me with smiles and handled my paperwork efficiently. The care was concise, and Dr. O’Keefe was very informative, knowledgeable and great with my children. The office is very diverse they offer so many different types of care. I will be back.

I find the staff @ 21 Medical to be very accommodating. I called with a question & they made themselves available to see me within the hour. I was not expecting that .

Great practice! Online check in and hardly any wait time once you’re in the waiting room. The Doctor has a great thorough attitude and values your input.

Shawn, the PA that assisted me went above and beyond the regular expectations of a medical provider. He made sure to prescribe the medicine needed to help my condition and he took time to hear my concerns. As a targeted individual for six years. I need providers I can trust. I hope that Shawn is that provider as I am frequently targeted by the medical community., and receiving good care without surveillance has been a challenge in the past. The office is clean and well organized;a great visit!
