Shawnie Perkins, MSPAS, PA-C

Shawnie Perkins, MSPA, PA-C, provides patient-centered, holistic care at Arbor Vitae Holistic Medical Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Shawnie has always had a passion for nutrition, holistic living, and a drive to empower people to live better lives.

After earning her Bachelor of Arts in psychology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, Shawnie completed her Master of Science in physician assistant studies (MSPA) at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. 

Shawnie is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed to practice in both South Carolina and North Carolina. She’s also a member of the psychology honors society Psi Chi. 

Shawnie has experience in family medicine, urgent care, and pain management. She also has professional training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and functional medicine.

At Arbor Vitae Holistic Medical Center, Shawnie spends time listening to patients, allowing her to effectively support them and help them truly heal.

Shawnie happily lives in Chester, South Carolina, with her two children, three dogs,  cats, and many chickens and rabbits.
