Vidalia Pediatric Clinic was originally founded by Dr. Larry E. Smith. Dr. Smith spent considerable time and effort building the practice and was once the only pediatrician serving Vidalia. He expanded his practice in 1986 and enjoyed working with local families until he was diagnosed with leukemia in 1994. 

After Dr. Smith’s passing, his practice changed hands twice, but continued to grow and make a positive impact on more and more area families. Today, Vidalia Pediatric Clinic works in partnership with a sister clinic, Tots to Teens Medical Center. This partnership allows the practitioners and leadership of both offices to better serve families who entrust these clinics with the health and wellness of their children.
