A bit of a wait at front desk from what I gather the receptionist is fairly new . Appt was 1030 I was the only one in the office at the time . Was out the door by 1119am. Not sure why it took long to be seen. Answered pre check questions and was asked the same thing again once I was in the back . Please fix this issue . Other than that the visit was ok

I saw a nurse named Jessica today and she was great. She was very thorough, informative, understanding, patient and kind. The doctors are great too!
After waiting over 20 mins for Arlie Massillon PA to sign on to my virtual visit, she gets on there and is clearly unfamiliar with my history (even though i was asked to send my mri imaging showing fibroids ahead of time). She then tells me “are you aware that you have fibroids?” Like- of course I was, uh hello- that was the entire purpose of booking this visit, to learn about my options. I wasted my time and money on this visit. They do not offer surgical options even though their website deceptively suggests this. She also told me they require a ultrasound which is crazy to me because MRI (which i had done on my own before this consult) is way more diagnostic. Do not waste your time with these scammy people.
Poor bedside manner. Support staff is nice. Not a fan of Dr. Pongnon.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Pongnon for years. She is attentive, quick and a no bullshit kind of woman which I love. She is sweet and understanding as well! She gives it to you straight with options so you can choose your own path. Very informative as well.

My telehealth appointment was fast. Dr Massillon answered all my questions and addressed my health issues appropriately.
Abysmal. If I could rate lower than zero stars I would. Met with them after they insisted we have an emergency appointment only to tell me nothing that I already knew and said to talk to my specialist. Then! Had the audacity to call me 4 days later saying that I need to see an ongologist…like that wasn’t important 4 days ago? An entire mess of a practice that I won’t be returning to.

Dr. Pongnon really listens and she tries to come up with solutions that benefit the patient. She is not afraid to try different things if the first plan is not suitable.
