I love that I can reach out to Sheiva directly when something is going on with my son. She is very responsive and helpful with troubleshooting symptoms. She takes my concerns seriously and trusts my mom instincts. She examined myShow more son and found he has a pretty bad ear infection. She also treated him with a steroid for his persistent cough/congestion. It puts me at ease to know that my son’s provider is just a text away and that he will be receiving the best care.
Sheiva is a lifesaver. We’re so grateful we were able to avoid urgent care and have her come to our home when our daughter had been sick all weekend. She’s very honest and holistic with her approach and doesn’t jump to worst case Show morescenario or prescriptions right away. We’re now supporting our daughter immune system and congestion conservatively at home, with piece of mind that she doesn’t have anything alarming going on! Thanks so much!

We are so grateful to have Sheiva as our daughter’s pediatrician. She is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and always takes the time to truly listen to our concerns. She explains everything clearly, never makes us feel rushed! She’s just great!

We love Sheiva! As first-time parents, we’ve had a million questions (some pretty ridiculous ones too 😅), and she’s always so patient and kind. She never makes us feel rushed or judged, and she has such a calm, reassuring vibe that makes everything feel less overwhelming. We always feel supported and leave each visit more confident than before.
Vital AZ is the best. To be able to have my baby seen in the comfort of our home is top tier, especially being post partum, it takes a lot of stress off of me to not have to pack up my baby. Also love how supportive Sheiva is, she is so personable and has made me feel confident in being a first time mom! There have been multiple occasions I have texted her with questions or advice and I always get a response asap!
We've been with Sheiva for six months now, and she has been absolutely wonderful. As a first-time mom, I worried about every little thing—and Sheiva is always there with calm, thoughtful answers. She responds quickly to all our questions, no matter how small, and never made us feel rushed or unheard.
