Sheiva arrived shortly after I reached out to the front desk for my son to be seen. From the time I text to when she arrived was probably 30 minutes tops which is phenomenal. She was personable and professional. She swabbed my sonShow more for strep because he has a fever (he is prone to it) and we are going out of town in a few days. It came back negative thankfully. I didn’t have to leave my home to go to an office in this heat with a feverish kid and I really appreciated that. Excellent care!

We've been with Sheiva for six months now, and she has been absolutely wonderful. As a first-time mom, I worried about every little thing—and Sheiva is always there with calm, thoughtful answers. She responds quickly to all our questions, no matter how small, and never made us feel rushed or unheard. Her support has truly made this journey smoother and this first year with our baby more enjoyable.

Sheiva is so incredibly kind, thorough, and has so much patience. My kids love her and so do we as parents. She is the perfect mix of conservative approach but also knows when intervention is necessary when it comes to treating an illness. We are so grateful to have her as a provider.

Shelve was great for my little guy that has anxiety and autism. I never know how he’s going to act with medical professionals and she was aware of his anxiousness and worked around it in a gentle and explanatory way. She was awesome!

We have always been so thankful for the care Riley provides. Early this morning one of my children woke up not feeling well. Riley had a full day and sent Sheiva, a provider we weren’t familiar with, in an effort to have my son evaluated quickly. Sheiva was here by 10:00am, checked him out, answered our questions, and had orders placed immediately. Sheiva text me to communicate results and a plan by 2:45pm. I’m so happy to see the continuity of excellent care across all providers at Vital!
