Sheri Puffer, MD, FACOG is a board-certified OB/GYN with over 13 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. A compassionate and dedicated physician, Dr. Puffer is committed to building strong relationships with her patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. She established her private practice at Women’s Health Services in Arlington Texas, to provide personalized and comprehensive women's healthcare.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Dr. Puffer relocated to Texas in 1992 and pursued undergraduate studies in biology at the University of Texas at Austin. She later earned her medical doctorate from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, where she discovered her passion for women’s healthcare. Following medical school, she completed her OB/GYN residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, refining her expertise in patient care and surgical techniques.
As a highly skilled physician and gynecological surgeon, Dr. Puffer specializes in treating a broad spectrum of women’s health conditions, including high-risk pregnancies, uterine fibroids, birth control, endometriosis, uterine descensus, menstrual pain, and menopause. She is also proficient in minimally invasive gynecological procedures, utilizing advanced technology such as the Da Vinci Robot to enhance precision and improve patient outcomes. Dr. Puffer is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) and serves as Maternal Medical Director at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital. Beyond her medical career, she and her husband, Ashton, are proud parents of three wonderful children—two sons and one daughter—who keep them busy with hockey, golf, and swimming. In her spare time, Dr. Puffer enjoys baking, reading, and traveling.

Great appointment, but as always with many of these appointments I wish we had more time to ask more questions.

I had to reschedule my appointment and actually the only way to schedule was through the website. I kept getting text messsges about scheduling, but following that link led to a site where there were never any dates available. It took me a year to schedule an appointment.
My appointment with Dr. Brasher-Gilles couldn’t have been easier. It was quick but she also took time to answer questions I had. Warm & friendly staff as well.
First time meeting Dr. Kuriakose, pretty late into pregnancy (had to switch care providers). It was a quick meeting, but we felt valued and heard as a patient and very comfortable with everyone who handled us from check in to check out. Super excited to finish out this pregnancy with them! Day and night experience so far in comparison to my previous care provider is was seeing.
