A reasonably quick sign in by the staff and about a 30 minute wait in an immaculate waiting area complete with flat screen, tv leading to a warm and friendly chat(consult) with a caring practitioner who seems to show great concernShow more over your wellbeing and answers your questions before you even think of them. Dr. El-Masry is excellent. He really cares about his patients, and he takes his time and listen to all of your concerns and answer every question. The most important part is his staff is also excellent. Most you will have a doctor that’s good but the staff is unprofessional. Excellent staff is a plus.
