Very professional and personable, Dr. Yeargan and his support team knew the procedures and protocols and performed them flawlessly, including sterile practices, local anesthetic injections , stem cell harvest and processing procedShow moreures, among others. Every question was answered and I even got a selfie. I was awake the entire time so I could watch. The pain level was hardly noticeable except for a few moments where it was obvious and the anesthetic could not reach into the bone. I got both knees done and including preliminary paperwork and getting my knee braces adjusted prior to the stem cell procedure, and the final personalized release protocols for me to follow at home, the entire experience was just under 4 hours. I was able to walk, but they put me in a wheelchair anyway. Many thanks. My knees feel better already even thoughg it is less than 12 hours since the beginning of the stem cell experience. I highly recommend this team. George E. Pickett V
Dr. Yeargan knows what he is talking about and provides solutions that mainstream Orthopedics do not. I had a Dr only tell me that I didn't need surgery yet and send me home. Dr. Yeargan saw the problem and put me in knee bracesShow more and tried PRP injections. I will need surgery someday, but hopefully this will delay the process.

I felt very comfortable with Dr Yeargan and he helped me a lot. Hoping to get stronger every day!
Dr Yeargan was excellent. He understood my problem and explained my alternatives to surgery really well
Dr. Yeargen spent the time necessary with me to answer all my questions, explain the procedure and give me the confidence to move forward and solve my problem. Looking forward to finally getting back to full health.
Very capable doctor. He makes you comfortable and explains everything involved with the visit and future options/plans.
I highly recommend Dr. Yeargan and his staff. I broke my wrist and immediately went to him. Within two hours of my break, my wrist was set and in a cast. They have closely monitored my progress with X-rays. He has also helped me in the past with my knee. I avoided unnecessary shots or procedures through Dr. Yeargan’s referral to physical therapy. My knee problem solved and back to normal within a month.
Excellent transparency on protocol moving forward ,time to explain and unrushed
Dr Yeargan was very professional and informative. Discussed all available treatment options and recommended what was best for my situation, which for me was surgery rather than PRP. I will be using his services later this year for another problem
Dr Yeargan and staff are wonderful !!! A month after my rotator cuff PRP, so far it seems to be healing nicely
Dr Yeargan and his staff were very processional explainning the procedure.
My first PRP knee procedure went really well today. Dr. Yeargan is a true expert in the field of non-surgical orthopedic options, professional and caring about his patients’ results. Very thorough in explaining the options, and the procedure was entirely painless. His staff is professional, very helpful and friendly, and everything from scheduling to making sure I understood pre and post-op instructions regarding the procedure was efficient and made very clear. Overall a very refreshing, individualized experience versus dealing with the large doctor groups. I feel lucky to have this level of expertise in Wilmington.
Dr Yeargan’s expertise and knowledge is immeasurable, his commitment and dedication to his patients is remarkable. I am so fortunate and grateful to be under his care.
Great Experience
Dr Yeargan is very personable and knew precisely what my issue was and the options to treat it. I would highly recommend him!
Dr yeargan is nice and knowledgeable. He is open to questions, ideas, and it seems like he really wants to help his patients. He explains stuff to you. He is UNLIKE some other doctors who don't listen to you, want to hurry you, and want to push you to surgery. I am glad I did my research and found him.
I always look forward to seeing Dr. Yeargan. He is so knowledgeable, down to earth, and professional at the same time.
Dr. Yeargan is so good. He's really concerned about his patients. He takes time to explain and discuss your issues. He's awesome. I highly recommend him. His entire staff is wonderful!
Dr. Yeargan always gives advice that is best for me, my health and my sport. I trust his diagnosis and opinion more than any doctor I have ever had. I would recommend him with complete assurance you would get the very best care. Diane Harding
On time appointment with very thorough exam. All my questions and concerns were addressed. We decided on treatment options.
Very good results so far perfect . Highly Recommend both knees. Thank you kindly, Robert Freeman.
For a two-week follow-up appointment after PRP knee treatment, I was given a full evaluation including ultra-sound and thorough conversation re residual symptoms, future expectations, goal setting for the six-week follow-up, my questions/concerns, best practices for me at home, more. I met the PT team member to review PT do's/dont's for this stage of healing and to assure correct knee brace fit. The appointment was informative/reassuring. I highly recommend.
The appointment started in a timely manner. Dr. Yeargan was upfront with the diagnosis and explained the possible procedures that could be an option as well as being upfront with out-of-pocket expenses for the procedures. He is personable and professional as well as extremely knowledgeable in his field.
Staff was incredible and I was able to be worked in immediately. Dr Yeargan was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with my questions and concerns. He spent lot of time with me and did not rush me in order to meet a patient seen quota. Would highly recommend
