It was a big step for me to reach out to ask for help mentally, let alone, talking to a stranger about personal issues. I can't express how that has been a huge barrier preventing me to seeking help. But I'm glad I did, MrShow mores. Glover had this demeanor we I felt I could let down my guard and trust to open up slowly without feeling judged. Give her the opportunity and you won't regret it.
Dr Glover is both a great listener and providing both feed back and advices. Anger management requires to be fully open to understand the causes, the consequences and solutions. There is no miraculous way to contain anger. It mostShow morely requires patience when dealing with stressful situations, being aware that an anger burst i slikely to happen and take action, fast, to contain it.

Dr Glover is both a great listener and providing both feed back and advices. Anger management requires to be fully open to understand the causes, the consequences and solutions. It mostly requires patience when dealing with stressful situations, being aware that an anger burst i slikely to happen and take action, fast, to contain it.
Ms. Sherry is a wonderful therapist. Knowledgeable, kind. She’s a great listener. She provides feed back and was readily able to provide me the homework I asked for.
Ms Glover listened, questioned for understanding of any response whe needed claified. I find it awkward onlky becasue I know there is depressin I''m living with. I am also tired and don't want that to be an 'out' for not improving.

Dr. Glover is attentive and relevant
I had a FaceTime with her for the first time and she was asking me questions and I asked her nicely if she could repeat what she was saying cuz I couldn’t hear her or understand what she was saying and she like got upset and was very very rude I did not like her at all and doesn’t fit with me at all ugh 😩
