Sherry Johnson, FNP-C

Sherry Johnson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Kaptivative Care and Wellness. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, she provides compassionate, personalized care that helps patients take an active role in their health. Sherry began her career as a Medical Assistant in 1999 and advanced from LPN to RN to APRN. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of St. Augustine, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and completed an APRN Residency in rural Georgia. Her clinical experience includes urgent care, emergency medicine, cardiovascular intensive care, respiratory care, and cosmetic dermatology. At Kaptivative Care and Wellness, Sherry focuses on prevention, patient education, healthy lifestyle changes, and sustainable outcomes. Her approach is compassionate, honest, and judgment-free, creating a space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
