The only doctor I’ve seen besides my surgeon that actually cares and takes the time to talk to and treat you. If you’re so understaffed feel the need to waste your time and your money, go to the emergency room at BAH. In my opinion Dr. Reynolds is thorough and caring. Thorough, kind, treatment of the whole person.
My initial visit was very encouraging. Dr. Reynolds listened, commented, paid close attention and reviewed our plan for me at the end of our visit. She is clearly engaged, smart and interested. I felt heard and in good hands.

Waiting times are long for your appointment.
Great doctor. Very sweet. Always runs late, but it’s because she takes time with each patient.

No issue with my care. I had a 10:20 appt and was not seen till 11:20.
Dr. Reynolds was awesome! First time experience and didn’t leave any stones unturned. She was great at communicating everything she wanted to get done and her reasoning behind it. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend anyone looking for a health care provider, definitely give them a call!

Shirley Reynolds is a compassionate, intelligent, medical professional who listens closely and then repeats what I've shared to check accuracy. She is well-read and current w/new pharmaceutical alternatives. She's warm, caring, and she shares personal, often humorous anecdotes to identify w/my maladies. Shirley spends as much time as she feels she needs to answer my issues.

My first visit with SHIRLEY REYNOLDS was wonderful. She listened to my concerns, gave great advice, and printed me out info on possible specialists needed. Her office is bright and very clean, and her front office staff is very kind!
