I’m truly thankful Siana was able to give me her focus and share her knowledge of options with me regarding medication management. Moving to MD from NYC I was worried about establishing new care. She listens and gave me the space to explain why I need the ongoing help with a genuine empathy, care , and respect free of judgement. My trauma is complex and challenging and I not all practitioners can hone in on this without making the wrong diagnosis. I came out of our initial session feeling hope.

This was my first interaction with a psychiatrist—I felt so seen and heard. Siana consistently offered space for me to ask my questions (of which there were many) and clearly outlined next steps.
