Silvana Ebong

Silvana Ebong is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. She holds a Master of Education in Professional Counseling from the University of West Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Her clinical expertise includes anxiety disorders, trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum presentations, mood disorders, relational conflict, and behavioral challenges. She is particularly skilled in supporting clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed, “stuck,” or dysregulated, helping them understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, body signals, and behavior. Silvana incorporates CBT, DBT-informed skills (including distress tolerance and emotional regulation), somatic awareness, and executive functioning interventions to create measurable, sustainable change.
