Over 20 years of experience with diverse populations, had thought me about personal suffering and the importance of creating a connection that is safe, trusting and reliable for my clients. Everyone has different needs and circumstances and I am the person to talk that out with, a person who can offer a fresh perspective and the skills needed to navigate personal challenges. My specialty is a strength-based approach: use your strengths to identify, recognize and manage the negativity that ties one to old patterns of behavior. You will acquire an increased awareness of how negative thoughts lead to negative emotions that ultimately lead to ineffective patterns of behavior. We’ll work together to find creative solutions that will lead to confidence and a positive sense of self. The end goal is to have the skills to recognize and manage effectively in order to gain peace of mind.
