Great staff all around. The only problem I’ve had is with their phone system. Sometimes I’ve had to try to call for days and it won’t pick up, or the messages I leave aren’t returned. I think the staff is good so I don’t think theShow morey are ignoring the messages, I think there’s an issue with the lines and the messaging system. Even my referring Dr. office says they have the same problem when trying to contact them. Hopefully they are able to resolve the issue because I really like them.
Due to change in my insurance, I had to go to a different cardiologist. Reluctantly, I went to Dr. Sarsam and was pleasantly surprised with his patience for listening to my concerns, the test he ordered, and my overall care while Show morein the office. It's not the prettiest waiting room, but the level of care is top notch.

I was provided with the most professional care. The doctor had his staff were so helpful and putting me at ease. I would highly recommend this physician for your cardiac care. He is very authentic and caring and will provide you with the utmost care that you need.

Arrived & seated in room within 5 minutes for vitals & current meds review by kind staff. Dr Sarsam quickly followed. He reviewed my chart, listened to my concerns, reviewed & changed some meds did a brief physical exam, all in a kind & professional manner. I’m really liking this guy.
