Great staff all around. The only problem I’ve had is with their phone system. Sometimes I’ve had to try to call for days and it won’t pick up, or the messages I leave aren’t returned. I think the staff is good so I don’t think theShow morey are ignoring the messages, I think there’s an issue with the lines and the messaging system. Even my referring Dr. office says they have the same problem when trying to contact them. Hopefully they are able to resolve the issue because I really like them.
Dr. Sarsam easy to talk to and he listens, he is extremely thorough and explains what he thinks should be done. If you don't understand he will try to explain a different way, to be sure you understand. Best Cardiologist IShow more9;ve had in a VERY long time. I would give him more than 5 stars if possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I just had my first phone visit with Dr. Sarsams p.a. and she was lovely. I always brag about my cardiologist and now I have back up.
Due to change in my insurance, I had to go to a different cardiologist. Reluctantly, I went to Dr. Sarsam and was pleasantly surprised with his patience for listening to my concerns, the test he ordered, and my overall care while in the office. It's not the prettiest waiting room, but the level of care is top notch.

I really enjoy my visits with Doctor Sarsam. Not only is he a lifesaver, he has incredible bedside manners and genuinely cares about my health. I love his straight forward honesty with all of my questions and I commend his kind staff.
