Provided me with all my resources to get the right care for my condition. I transferred from a previous physician who was very dismissive with my symptoms, but at Dr. Smita practice I was completely amazed at how fast and dutiful Show morethey were with me. I really appreciate her staff they are always in communication with me for labs and in answering questions that were sometimes even out their responsibilities. Thank you for going above and beyond!
This was my first time going to this doctor. I was told that they were short on staffs, which explains why I felt that my appointment was a little rushed. Other than that, the doctor really listened to whatever I had to say and anShow moreswered my questions well. Hopefully, the experience doesn’t feel rushed even if the staffs are short next time.

My appointment was at 10:00 but I was waiting until 11:30 to be seen by the doctor. I was seen at 11:30! This is ridiculous.

Very professional front to back door. The staff is bilingual (Spanish/English) and location is clean. All insurance authorizations are requested promptly, But most importantly Dr Soans will hear you out in timely manner to address the problem. I been going to Dr Soans 11 months now., and I don’t regret choosing her as my primary care Doctor.
