I’m so glad I came to Dr. Robles’ office for a second opinion. The staff is wonderful, and PA Sonia Dossa is extremely knowledgeable and caring. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about her patients. Today is my Show moresecond visit, and I’m finally getting the biopsy I’ve been waiting for. After dealing with these rashes for over a year, I’m hopeful I’ll get answers soon. Thank you, Sonia and the entire team, for making me feel heard and cared for!
Fully satisfied and appreciative from beginning to end. A staff member immediately called me to schedule upon receiving the authorization. An appointment within a week or so was scheduled. During my check in, I was greeted and assShow moreisted in a timely manner despite an insurance hiccup on my behalf. The provider was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. Upon checking out, the staff finalized all pending tasks and helped me schedule an appt. 10 out of 10 experience and highly recommend

The doctor was great, but the nursing/admin experience was frustrating. I specifically asked to transfer both children’s prescriptions to CVS, yet only one was transferred, forcing me to visit two pharmacies. One medication was unavailable, and I had to transfer the prescription again. I don’t understand how such a basic mistake could happen. Please also provide a written list of the medications and instructions. I only remembered a gel, cream, and oral medication, but not the names.
