The doctor was great, but the nursing/admin experience was frustrating. I specifically asked to transfer both children’s prescriptions to CVS, yet only one was transferred, forcing me to visit two pharmacies. One medication was unavailable, and I had to transfer the prescription again. I don’t understand how such a basic mistake could happen. Please also provide a written list of the medications and instructions. I only remembered a gel, cream, and oral medication, but not the names.

While I was there I had a medical emergency and Sonia and all the office girls were so supportive and professional. I couldn't have been in better hands. Aside from the emergency I was there to have stitches removed which was also handled with care and concern. I would highly recommend this dermatologist and his staff.
Dr. Dossa is very down to earth and caring. She listens well and does not make you feel rushed. This doctor is young but very capable!
