My first visit today. I was warmly welcomed; felt safe & treated respectfully. Sonia was professional; friendly; made sure I was comfortable with the procedure; & kind & caring. As an older woman, I was a little nervous, but Sonia put me completely at ease & explained as she did the procedure. Thank you so much.
Sonia was wonderful. She gave me good feedback and took expected measures for my skin issues. My one complaint is that a prescription was attributed to my account which was not mine. The prescription went to my insurance and CVS and they have been contacting me for pickup up and payment. Please fix.
As always, the pleasant and friendly atmosphere of Sonia and the whole team gave me an assurance that everything will be alright. And the opportunity to see Dr. David Robles with a positive aura.
