My experience was professional. The doctor was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She asked question to get a good understanding of why I was seeking services. The only problem was being asked for information that the agency should have and should have given ahead of the appointment to the doctor.
Dr. Yballe actively listens to your concerns and how you feel medically and engages with you to determine the correct course of action for your ongoing care and treatment. She is easy to talk with and cares about your well-being.

she did not honor my request or believe the validity of my ADHD diagnosis and took me off the one med that actually helped. she tried to condescendingly explain what a psychological evaluation and a psychiatric evaluation was when i literally had a psychological evaluation which determined accurately my ADHD combined just bc i said i was a psychology student, WHICH SHE ASKED. then hung up in the middle of the call after i said i was being discharged from midamerica and moving somewhere else.
Always a pleasure seeing Dr Yballe. Very compassionate, and a good listener. Always takes care of any issues, large or small.
