she did not honor my request or believe the validity of my ADHD diagnosis and took me off the one med that actually helped. she tried to condescendingly explain what a psychological evaluation and a psychiatric evaluation was when i literally had a psychological evaluation which determined accurately my ADHD combined just bc i said i was a psychology student, WHICH SHE ASKED. then hung up in the middle of the call after i said i was being discharged from midamerica and moving somewhere else.
Always a pleasure seeing Dr Yballe. Very compassionate, and a good listener. Always takes care of any issues, large or small.

The staff is very pleasant however the doctors need to listen. I told Dr Sonia Yballe that my son needed a refill on his meds & She went back and forth with me about him not needing it then. (His last refill was October 30 and we’re in her office on December 3rd. The script is a 30 day supply) Now he’s been getting into trouble at school. I’ve called the office 3 days in a row, 5 times a day and to this very moment he does not have his refill. Staff is waiting for her to send the script over🙄
