Dr. SHAH helped me out yesterday when I was told by the staff he wouldn’t see me I met him outside and I told him my story and he immediately let me back into the office and the results were I did see Dr. SHAH due to his interest Show morein me and the excellence in his work I could I would only hope in the future he could be my doctor, but if not, I recommend him to anyone who reads this thank you, Dr. SHAH
Dr. Shah is the rare doctor still in private practice in this age of hospital based medicine. He listens, is caring and concerned, and never makes you feel rushed. He even still goes to the hospital to see his patients in spite Show moreof the hospital’s push to use their own “hospitalists”. He has returned my emergency calls on weekends, (which, as a retired physician, used to be standard practice, but not any more). I recommend him highly to anyone in search of a cardiologist.

Dr Shah is an excellent interventional cardiologist He takes the time to be knowledgeable and up to date on my health history and current health. He is very thorough. I never feel rushed. He has a very kind and compassionate manner. I feel like I am being treated by a friend who has a genuine interst in my well-being. His staff is also excellent.
At first, I did not seem to like this Dr…however I gave him a chance. He saved my husbands life with two stents. We both see him regularly. He is very informative and will repeat any questions and answers questions if necessary. I prefer to see him at the Costa Mesa location.
He gave the instruction very clear.

The PET stress test was not what I expected for a stress test. It was better and actually less stressful than the traditional stress test I have had.

Since when do doctors actually take the time to sit down and actually listen to thier patients? Well Dr. Shaw does and this has been each and every time I have been in as we watch my heart and the aneurysm on the assending aorta. His calm and friendly demeanor is almost unheard of in todays medical field.
