Sophe Brown

Sophe is a provisionally-licensed clinical social worker who understands the strength it takes to ask for help. While working with Sophe, she takes an empathic, yet practical approach to help you find relief from whatever may be holding you back and build confidence in who you are. She uses a person-centered approach within her practice, and wants every individual to feel heard and understood. Sophe’s overall goal for therapy is to be an advocate, listener, and collaborator. She strives to provide a safe and meaningful space to process the hardest parts of everyday life. Sophe graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work. She utilizes a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Ultimately, Sophe’s goal is to provide a flexible environment for anyone seeking support, to increase one’s mental health wellness.
