I had my first visit with Dr. Spencer Grabois, DO, and I was very impressed. He was attentive, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., and by 10:05 I was already in the exam room, which shows how efficient the office is. They also offer mammograms on-site, which is extremely convenient for patients.

Pleasant experience. The staff is efficient and friendly. Wait time is very reasonable. the medical assistant makes me feel comfortable; she is patient; I didn't feel hurried. I feel like I am in good hands with Nurse Veronica. I feel comfortable with her. She listens and answer questions you may have.

Except for the long wait, everyone was very professional and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Everyone was very congenial, caring and patient-oriented attempting to make the visit as pleasant as possible under the circumstances. All questions were answered and I felt that all their efforts were for my benefit and on my behalf. The follow-up is amazing!
