Spencer has been the best provider I've ever seen -- he explains literally everything you need to know about anything you want to know, from medication to holistic approaches to alternative treatment plans. I always leave our sessions feeling very informed about my treatment plans and I appreciate that so much, as many providers don't offer that kind of detail to their patients.
Great communication and expert psychiatric support, however, the portal is a bit misleading because communication with people are also accessed by assistance and nurses and possibly AI so in person phone calls are the best way to communicate.
