Easy to get an appointment. Staccie is always very knowledgeable and helpful. When you have an issue she looks at the whole picture and works with you to find a solution. I would highly recommend her and this practice.

I was diagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidism when I was about 13. I am currently 23 and I have never found a doctor to be as helpful, encouraging, and knowledgeable as Dr. Allen. I feel like she cares about me and my health on a personal level. She makes me feel heard and supported. Additionally, she ALWAYS has an answer… a scientifically supported answer may I add. Not just an “it is what it is” response. I don’t know if I could ever trust another Dr. the way I trust her. She’s amazing.

Staccie is an outstanding primary care provider. She genuinely cares about my overall wellbeing. Her office even sent personal texts after our area was impacted by the hurricane. Visits aren’t rushed. You can have a conversation and she engages you. Questions are answered promptly by email. I started new meds and she would check in with me personally to make sure all was well. It’s old school customer service with modern medicine. I’ll never go back to insurance doctors.

It’s so refreshing that a provider listens to you. Staccie hears what you say and includes your thoughts in the treatment plan! Electronic communication is so streamlined. No more making appointments just to have a conversation. And when was the last time your provider text you to check on you? My healthcare on my terms. This should be the way, not the exception.

Finally, an advocate/service who is also a trained medical professional to be a partner in managing the insurance and healthcare decisions from prescription management to where to find the best PT for a reasonable cost. Wish I would've had this service 10 years earlier! This will pay for itself in dollars and the time it saves is priceless!
