Dr. Stacey Morinaga, OD

Dr. Stacey Morinaga provides expert eye care to patients of all ages at the Eye Care Center of Kauai, in Lihue, Hawaii, but she specializes in treating pediatric and geriatric patients. Dr. Morinaga is an expert in fitting a wide range of patients with specialty contact lenses, including those with keratoconus and corneal transplants.

Dr. Morinaga graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. She went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree at the New England College of Optometry in Boston Massachusetts, where she completed externships in pediatrics, contact lenses, geriatrics, and ocular disease. She also received training at the Portland and Lowell Veterans Hospitals.

In her spare time, Dr. Morinaga enjoys the outdoor lifestyle of Hawaii by hiking, running, and paddleboarding. She also enjoys working at her family’s restaurant, Kiibo. Dr. Morinaga lives in Lihue with her husband and three miniature dachshunds.
