One can expect a goal-oriented therapeutic journey that looks to track, monitor, and highlight its progress. My therapeutic approach to achieve this journey is an integrative approach with the focus of evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavior therapy, exposure therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. Hints of positive psychology and other practices are utilized depending on the need of the client. In our therapy, we work to learn the root of the problem and its negative impact on our life. We grow to process and optimize the best quality of life through this journey.
