Stephanie was in the room for less than five minutes and didn’t give a clear diagnosis. An assistant came in to swab my child, and the assistant later returned briefly to say it was viral since all test came back negative and that Stephanie prescribed cough medicine, and we were sent on our way—even though my child had been running high fevers for 3 days at that point. 2 days later, after calling back due to continued fevers, we found out my child had an ear infection that we weren't told about!

Stephanie is so awesome and sincere. She was gentle with my newborn and cared for him as if he was her own. The waiting area is social distancing friendly, and they are pretty timely when it comes to walk-ins.
