Steffany was easy talk to and made me feel comfortable. She was able to validate the feelings/symptoms I had been experiencing and answered all my questions. Steffany also called the pharmacy to make sure I would be able to receive my prescriptions. It was overall a positive experience.

Two days, for two straight days Steffany Ahn went back and forth with the pharmacy to make sure I got my prescriptions as fast as possible. She tried multiple times and had to deal with the runaround from the pharmacy, but she still made the effort to get it done. That’s on top of the visit, which is always productive. You can tell she actually cares about you AND your mental health. She is a valuable person in my life and I’m grateful for everything she continues to do.
