Just finished up a visit with Stella Ballay, she is the most caring person I have ever met! She met my 90 year old dad for the first time and was so patient and kind to him. She went above and beyond to help him! That is a rarity Show morethese days! I went in for a personal visit and she helped me out and still asked about my dad. Top notch care! I cannot say enough good things about my visit. Stella was extremely knowledgeable, thorough in her assessment, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. More than that, her warm and caring demeanor instantly put me at ease. You can tell she truly cares about her patients' well-being. I feel like I'm in great hands!

Amazing and my daughter adores her
This was my first time seeing Dr. Ballay, and she was wonderful. I truly felt like she cared about me and was genuinely invested in helping me address my health concerns. She took the time to listen, and I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment on the schedule. I left feeling seen, heard, and cared for. Most importantly, I left with hope that I can finally find some relief and answers.
Stella is truly the best! She is patient, attentive, listens to all of my concerns and needs and works with me to make sure I get the best possible care. I love how responsive she is when I need something and follows up quickly. She worked with my insurance company when they would not cover one of my meds and was able to file an appeal to get it covered. I can't thank her enough!
Went online and scheduled an appointment. Was promptly taken care of when I arrived. Was seen immediately and all my questions and concerns were answered. Would go back!!
This was my first visit with Stella. I could not have been more pleased. She is so easy to talk to, extremely thorough with asking questions. Taking time to make sure you don’t have any concerns or questions. She made me feel very much at ease. My visit was not rushed in any way. The entire staff was so nice.

It was not as though I was just another appointment to get through but a patient she wanted to ensure was well taken care of and had all concerns addressed.
Stella is awesome. Very patient, takes her time to listen to your needs. I really like the fact that she is willing to take the natural route instead of just writing prescriptions if this is the best course for you. She really is a great asset to Fast Aid

Beautiful, warm, and inviting space. It doesn't feel like a sterile doctor's office at all. The staff was professional, efficient, and kind. Stella was incredibly thorough, patient, and her holistic approach is an excellent fit for me! I am looking forward to returning which I've never said about a healthcare visit.
