Just finished up a visit with Stella Ballay, she is the most caring person I have ever met! She met my 90 year old dad for the first time and was so patient and kind to him. She went above and beyond to help him! That is a rarity Show morethese days! I went in for a personal visit and she helped me out and still asked about my dad. Top notch care! She is a definite 5 Star in my book!

Stella was super awesome and attentive. Even giving suggestions of things I’m already taking and how to improve them for my benefit and wellness. I was only there for a follow up and med refill, but left with a lot more information that will benefit me in the future.
I absolutely loved Stella! I was extremely nervous going in and she did amazing. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions. She was very patient and most importantly took her time. I will definitely be going back to her.

I was miserable at this visit. My pain level was severe causing my blood pressure to be very high. Stella drew my blood and started my infusion with skill and compassion. She chatted with me through most of my visit which was helpful in keeping my mind occupied. I cannot say enough good things about my visit. Stella was extremely knowledgeable, thorough in her assessment, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. More than that, her warm and caring demeanor instantly put me at ease. You can tell she truly cares about her patients' well-being. I feel like I'm in great hands!

This was my first time seeing Dr. Ballay, and she was wonderful. I truly felt like she cared about me and was genuinely invested in helping me address my health concerns. She took the time to listen, and I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment on the schedule. I left feeling seen, heard, and cared for. Most importantly, I left with hope that I can finally find some relief and answers.
Stella is truly the best! She is patient, attentive, listens to all of my concerns and needs and works with me to make sure I get the best possible care. I love how responsive she is when I need something and follows up quickly. She worked with my insurance company when they would not cover one of my meds and was able to file an appeal to get it covered. I can't thank her enough!

This was my first visit with Stella. I could not have been more pleased. She is so easy to talk to, extremely thorough with asking questions. Taking time to make sure you don’t have any concerns or questions. She made me feel very much at ease. My visit was not rushed in any way. The entire staff was so nice.
Stella was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout my first visit. She was very thorough and did not make the experience feel rushed. It was not as though I was just another appointment to get through but a patient she wanted to ensure was well taken care of and had all concerns addressed.
