With nearly two decades of experience as a clinical mental health counselor, I deeply value and utilize strengths-based and systemic approaches to support my clients as they work to attune themselves to their own internal compass. The healing work in our sessions together helps clients connect to guidance from within, aligning their emotional and cognitive experience with their intuitive self. Working with both adults and adolescents experiencing a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and relationship issues, our work together is woven with warmth, humor, and genuine connection. Additional areas of specialty include working with individuals experiencing a variety of relational issues, including the challenges of navigating or recovering from divorce and working with couples who may be experiencing a variety of relational issues.
