I am so fortunate to have Doctor Marshall as my Cardiologist! She explains things so that I can understand what is really going on in my body. She truly cares about my well being, not doing procedures when they may not be necessarShow morey. Unfortunately there are some physicians that aren’t as caring and honest as Doctor Marshall. I was referred to her from a nurse that knew her years ago, working in another city at another hospital. I consider myself very fortunate.

Stephanie Marshall, DO, FACOI, FACC, is a double board-certified cardiologist and internal medicine physician at Queen of Hearts Cardiovascular & Family Healthcare, providing complete cardiology to people 20 and older living in and around Merrillville, Indiana.
Dr. Marshall began her career pursuits at Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Virginia, earning her undergraduate degree in biology. Next, she enrolled at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa, earning her Doctor of Osteopathy.
Before entering private practice, Dr. Marshall completed an internal medicine residency at Columbia Olympia Fields Osteopathic Hospital and Medical Center and a cardiology fellowship at St. James Hospital and Medical Center, both in Olympia Fields, Illinois.
Dr. Marshall has served in various positions during her career, including physician liaison and urgent care specialist. She opened Queen of Hearts Cardiovascular & Family Healthcare in October 2021.

Dr always provides a safe place to be heard with my health concerns. She is pleasant in her delivery of prognosis and diagnosis, as she is very considerate in not injecting fearful outcomes of any situations presented. Not only is she a “doctor”, she is a healer because of her approach with western medicine..
