I originally had an earlier appointment, but the front desk representative called me not once, but twice to reschedule because the doctor had a family emergency. They kept pushing my procedure further and further back, which was already frustrating and unprofessional. Today, I told the front desk representative that I would be arriving right at my appointment time, and she still told me to come in. Quick and painless, surgical procedures, bring extra pants if needed for discharge or bowel movements other than that it was perfect. It felt like a supportive community

Dr. Purnell and her staff are literally the sweetest women on the planet. I got an iud which I knew tends to be a bit painful and uncomfortable, but they made it such a breeze. I have never had a more comfortable gyno appointment and I left feeling like I would never want to see a different doctor again. Thank you ladies so much. 💗

I tried to give this practice a chance, as a medical professional myself, I know negative reviews can be unfair and petty. However, in MY experience they turned out to be true. The nurse that would be in the room during procedures today was very rude and unprofessional. She made comments as if patients weren't even in the room and to laugh about it because someone changed their mine about the type of procedure is disgusting.
I really appreciate the care that I received from the moment I arrived, to leaving. Thank you so much Dr. Purnell, Yolanda & the recovery team. If I could rate my experience with more than five stars I would. Thank you!
