Dr. Harper earned his dental surgery doctorate at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in Los Angeles before pursuing his orthodontic certificate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, School of Dental Medicine. Since 2008, Dr. Harper has provided comprehensive orthodontic care to patients in Martinez.

Super friendly staff, coming from another orthodontist, Dr. Harper gave his professional opinion on what treatment options we had to address my concerns and what he felt was the best first step towards the result I want without trying to push anything unnecessary (which I had experienced elsewhere). We love Dr. Harper and his staff. We travel about an hour and a half to get to our appointments and they are always flexible and thoughtful when scheduling us. My daughter is getting her braces off next month. It’s been a great journey with Harper Ortho.
Staff is kind, respectful, prompt. Text reminders are very helpful. Instructions and communication are clear. Whenever I've had an issue they are flexible with scheduling to see me quickly - they were even willing to see me a couple of times when the office was officially closed. Both my kids got braces here and now I'm getting them. Couldn't recommend more highly.
