As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I work with adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. With over two decades of experience in healthcare, I've learned that healing goes far beyond just managing symptoms; it requires a deeper understanding of the whole person. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and physical health, environmental stressors, nutrition and personal history all play a critical role in a person's current state of wellness. Medications can be powerful tools in stabilizing symptoms but they are only one part of the solution. for real lasting progress we must look at the full picture and that is something we will do together. I believe in collaborative approach to treatment your voice matters every step of the way from diagnosis to medical decisions to developing your individualized care plan.
