Steven C Shoham M.D., F.A.A.P. Is a board-certified Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics who specializes in caring for newborns through young adults as well as their families. In 1989, Dr. Shoham established his private practice, Shoham Medical Group in Granada Hills, California. With over 30 years of experience in providing pediatric care, he offers knowledgeable, compassionate care alongside his team of physicians and staff.
Dr. Shoham attended the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and by 1978 had completed a Bachelor of Science in biology, a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry, and a Master of Science in microbiology. He received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in New York City in 1982. In 1985, Dr. Shoham completed his residency in pediatrics at Kaiser Hospital Sunset in Los Angeles. Dr. Shoham became certified as a mohel in 1984.
Dr. Shoham is passionate about empowering children and families to take responsibility for their health and wellness. He strives to support them in any way he can, through offering services that allow for quick access to quality health care, whether for a simple cough or a more complex health concern.
