This was my second visit with Dr Wijemanne and I find her so easy to talk to and so I’m not experiencing any pain like before. I feel we’re making great progress.
Thanks for your help in getting me through the off - on day. Looking forward to the programming following the DBS surgery.
I appreciate Dr. Wijemanne's care and concern for me. I am happy to have found her!
Excellent care.
We have seen a great improvement since seeing Dr Wijemanne. Under her guidance Bill has stopped falling. Before we came to see her he was falling every day. Now he has not fallen but a couple of times. She is working to improve even that.
I am so impressed with Dr. Subhashie Wijemanne. She was a delight and so well informed . I look forward to her being my Doctor!
Thanks

I love the computer visits! Thank you!
Dr. Wijemanne really wants to see me. And listen to me and tell me
She is a great listener and I love how she encourages my mother in law to get better but at the same time let the patient know they need to also put in the effort. As a caregiver our family does not always listen to us or our suggestions , that’s where Dr Wijemanne comes in and encourages them and lets them know that they (patient) also has to put in the effort . It’s a great team effort with all of us working together . It takes a team and I am glad she is part of our care team .
Thank you ASR Wijemenne. You really explained my conditions and have given me. Hope that something more can be done. I appreciate all the time you spent with me during my appointment.
Love you so much, Dr. Wejimanne, and we do not mind the wait!
The only thing I will add is on paper work of the visit would be to add the next appointment date and time. My memory is not very good these days.
Doctor is the best. There aren’t enough stars to reflect the overall care.
Spends the time necessary to transmit her opions and recommendations. Makes sure that the patient and family understands.
We found Dr Wijemanne very patient, great listener and caring in working with my mother in law during her diagnosis of Parkinson’s. I would highly recommend her. The downside is the waiting time to get an appt, but that is with every Neurologist specializing in movement disorder
I had to turn the adjusted frequency of my DBS back to where it's been for 6 months I couldn't handle the frequency upgrade at all l felt overstimulated I was really jerking and twitching beyond my control Fear states in my mind way beyond what I could process Burning pain in joints that were sore already. I had to go back immediately to old frequency.
Waited too long for face to face meeting.
The doctor was very professional
She listens and explains everything in detail. Great doctor.
I appreciate her interest in my problem. Great doctor
i think she is wonderful and her staff that scheduled me was great
We talked about my prescription, Rasagiline, that I only have 2 left today. I haven't heard from my pharmacy that's it's been oked. Thank you for your attention to this.
I am very pleased to have you as my doctor
Dr. Wijemanne is terrific!
This was just the initial visit where the doctor reviews the past history and medications, etc. The DBS programming visit will follow later.
