Sunil Gupta, MD, is a board-certified specialist in gastroenterology with more than 20 years of experience in medicine and GI healthcare. He is proud to provide personalized care to patients at Stoneleigh Medical Group, at two of their offices in Brewster, Jefferson Valley, and Westchester Putnam Gastroenterology, located in Carmel, New York.
He received his medical degree from the University College of Medical Sciences in Delhi, India. Following graduation, Dr. Gupta completed his residency and practiced medicine in England. He then went on to obtain his fellowship in gastroenterology at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City.
Throughout his career, Dr. Gupta has performed more than 40,000 endoscopic procedures and specializes in diagnosing and treating GI diseases including gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), ulcers, rectal bleeding, hemorrhoids, colitis, diverticulosis, polyps, GI cancers, as well as liver and pancreatic diseases.
