About Ms. Franken
Sunny Franken, PA-C, is a nationally certified physician assistant who joined the team at Johnston Pain Management in November 2023.
Sunny received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and she is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
Ms. Franken is excited to begin her career as a physician assistant at JPM. As both a Sneads Ferry native and daughter of a former service member, she is honored to provide care for our Eastern North Carolina patients, military families, and veterans.
