This was my first time there. My appointment was at 9:30 am and they called me to the back to put me in a room at 10:10 am once in the room I wait a long time. But it was well worth it. Dr. Was very thorough. Explained everythShow moreing very well down to the point . I understand why I waited so long because he takes his time with each patient. He has a lot of patience that he sees and I can see why he was an excellent doctor. I recommend people to see him friendly atmosphere.
My visit with Dr. Lo was extremely fast. The girls at the front desk very nice. Waited 15 minutes They attended to me promptly. I did the GI pill that was super easy . I've been telling my friends and family about the GI pillShow more. That should be given more often before colonoscopy , endoscopy Thank you Dr. Lo

I feel so much better today

Dr. Sunny Lo saved my life. He got to the root of my problems, told me the truth and created a treatment plan that improved my condition immediately. He’s always very clear in his instructions and provides amazing care.

Dr Lo was great! but the facility and nurse care needs to be more attentive…I had the nurse puncture me 3 times before he found a vein..also when I got home I noticed they left the heart monitor tabs on my chest… They could of detached them while I was still under sedation.

Doctor Sunny Lo and his staff in the Arcadia office are the best! They made a very unpleasant process totally comfortable. Doctor Lo is very knowledgeable with a caring bedside manner and a wonderful attitude.
Dr. Lo is personable & friendly while being professional and knowledgeable. He really listens to you while assessing the needed treatments &/or procedures. A downside or two of going to him: his office is very busy and the waiting area is quite small. However, overall, I would choose him again if/when GI help is needed in the future.

Dr Lo is an accomplished medical professional in the field of gastroenterology and is mindful of his patients’ cognizant capacity when communicating. Who enjoys a colonoscopy!!!???😳; he and his staff made it easy.
Office person is very efficient and gives good instructions on the prep for procedure next day, especially review all medicine to take or not to take. Save patient a call.
