This is my first visit to the office and with Dr Lo. The staff was patient and kind with everyone, offering to help with paperwork for those who needed. They were efficient and professional. My consultation with Dr. Lo was the samShow moree. He was attentive and asked questions. I never felt rushed. Overall a pleasant experience.
Phone visit went very well. All results from my test were explained to me. My questions were answered. I was given an appointment for a second test for the end of the year to see how I do following Dr Lo's instructions for my Show moretreatment to better my health. Thank you Dr Lo.

I went for a colonoscopy. The Specialty Medical Center from which Dr. Lo works is an oasis in the wilderness of health care; personalized & efficient. The day before the procedure, I got a call from the very nurse who was in the OR during my procedure. So when I met her in pre-op it creating a feeling of familiarity & connection. The intake nurse went over my chart expertly & cheerfully did the pre-op as did the OR nurse & the anesthesiologist. Delay of procedure is the only complaint.
