Dr. Lo and his staff were friendly and caring. As someone who experiences panic attacks, I shared my concerns with Dr. Lo about undergoing anesthesia, especially since it would be my first time. He explained a few options in detaiShow morel and made sure I would receive the one that made me feel most comfortable and safe throughout the procedure. His calm demeanor and attentiveness really put me at ease, even on the day of my colonoscopy!

Full house in the waiting room everyone very patient. Reception went out of thier way to help, Thank you Hector and all the girls. They even helped to fill out thier paper work. Dr Lo was very caring, patient, understanding and informative. 5 stars all the way

Aside the delay from the USCKeck Arcadia early morning log jam, the endoscopy and colonoscopy was performed smoothly. The clear and concise instructions pre-op allowed me to be well prepared for the procedure. Inititial findings were provided after anesthesia.
