This was my first time there. My appointment was at 9:30 am and they called me to the back to put me in a room at 10:10 am once in the room I wait a long time. But it was well worth it. Dr. Was very thorough. Explained everythShow moreing very well down to the point . I understand why I waited so long because he takes his time with each patient. He has a lot of patience that he sees and I can see why he was an excellent doctor. I recommend people to see him friendly atmosphere.
My experience at the El Monte hospital and with all the staff was excellent, from beginning to end. Lobby and Registration was excellent service. The nurses ALL of them were excellent. Dr. Sunny Lo was also excellent, from the moShow morement he introduced himself to me I felt his caring and that I can trust him to do my colonoscopy. I just felt at ease from the moment I walked into the hospital till I left and that is what a patient should always feel when they come to a hospital. Thank you.

I would have given a 5 out of five stars but I did not see the doctor until an hour after my appointment was scheduled.
