Hi! This was my first experience with the Colonoscopy procedure. Everything went really well over all. From start to finish, took about 40-45 minutes. Unless you have the people that have lots of removal of polyps, then you’ve lonShow moreger wait. Overall, I have to give a 10 for my scores, it was an excellent experience for me. I have a team of caring nurses and doctors. Thank you Dr. Lo , Dr. Laurel, and the amazing team of nurses from Arcadia USC Hospital!!
Great doctor. Knowledgeable, skillful, patient, caring and supportive. Always take time to answer your questions and concerns. Front office staffs are pleasant and helpful. The wait could be very long at times but so is the appoiShow morentment made with other doctors. In short, Dr. Lo is an amazing GI physician and in my opinion, one of the best in the area and definitely worth the wait.

Dr.Sunny and staff here are very friendly and enthusiastic. They always answer my questions very patiently. Dr. Sunny is the most patient and professional doctor I have ever seen. He prescribed me medicine and quickly solved my pain. I am very grateful to him.
Interesting. I went to the Alhambra location for a colonoscopy. They kept on profiling me for Chinese. The amount of time for the intake and starting IV was short, but then a long wait. I think I got the end position due to my language and class appearance. Then into the ready room and onto my table. They again thought Chinese speaker, but realizing my English preference they put me in the side of that room too. Finally, they seemed to put me in the hallway. Easy process. Good on anesthesia.
The staff at Concourse Diagnostic Center were nice, friendly and somewhat efficient. After I was prepped, I waited for quite a while before I was wheeled to the corridor where it was colder and had to ask for an extra blanket. Waited there for another more 35 minutes before the procedure. Perhaps too many patients all at once and ran out of room. Afterwards, they let me go without the reports. I was outside the car park when I was asked to go back for them.

Hi! I just finished talking to Dr. S. Lo and it was for the colonoscopy. I have to say it was a great experience for me. He answered all my questions. It was quick and easy. I don’t have to be back for another colonoscopy until in 10 years.

Doctor Sunny is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He asked all the right questions and listened carefully and responded all the concerns I have. After the visit, I felt comfortable and relaxed. The front desk lady is also very friendly and considerable.
