I have been going to Dr Chandani for over 20 years with no concerns. During this visit, my intake information took almost 40 minutes With the doctor that is supporting Doctor Chandani. I felt like I was being sold numerous tests, etc..

FNP Virk explained my labs in depth and gave me suggestions in lowering my cholesterol and monitoring my BP. She is thorough and kind and not an alarmist.
I think she is rushing through patients and she doesn’t follow through with peoples prescriptions . Two months in a row this has happened. Very dissatisfying.

Dr. Virk Is extremely knowledgeable. And very patient what I find to be disturbing and I know it’s not the doctors but the insurance company is behind them is that they’re only allotted 15 minutes per visit for that particular visit. So, You can only go with your original issue during that appointment. It’s very frustrating and you feel unheard. This is no reflection on the doctor.
I feel comfortable sharing my medical concerns with Gervinder. She is proactive in attempting to address symptoms and always helpful in reaching conclusions for treatment.

Gurvinder is an excellent diagnostician physician; she investigates all aspects of a problem, leading to solutions that work.
I logged in for a 10 o’clock Tele visit at 9:45 as I was told to do I waited till 1030. No one ever came on when I called the office. I was greeted by a rude person who said you just have to wait until she calls you, I waited and waited. I never got a phone call. I had to go to the urgent care because I wasn’t in pain and didn’t want to wait anymore, finally got a phone call at 4 PM. Have had bad experience from the first day. No one reaches out with results of my urinalysis. An appointment to the neurologist was wrongly scheduled back to the Primary when I had already been there that Morning. Do not recommend this experience to anyone. I tried this as a new place and turned out to be worse than where I was before. I am reading it one star because I don’t have a choice to rate it minus stars
It was wonderful to meet her. She handled my prescription needs promptly. As I explained to her, I will probably see her soon as I intend to schedule my next appointment with Dr. Naik soon. I found her to be very professional and courteous.
