She doesn't give up if the first solution did not work (rare), and does an amazing job at explaining what is going on and why her trShow moreeatment plan is the best next steps. I feel confident she is giving me the best care for my body! I recommend her to everyone looking for an OB/GYN! She shows compassion when a procedure is uncomfortable, and helps guide you through it.- This was really important to me.
Dr. Hsu is every woman's dream gynecologist: a doctor who truly knows her patients, and truly cares about each person's wellbeing. She actually reviews my file before our appointments - how old fashioned is that?! Her smaShow morell unimposing office makes you feel safe and in good hands- which you are! Even her front office staff is wonderful- you feel like you have a personal relationship with both of her assistants. Dr. Hsu is warm and personable, gentle and caring. She is the best physician ever!

The front desk staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with scheduling and appointments. They truly make every visit a pleasant experience. Dr.Hsu was about 10 min late for our telehealth appointment. when i was sent a text to click on a link to check in 15 min prior to our appointment there was no link. However Dr. Hsu is knowledgeable and very willing to work collaboratively with her patients for the best possible outcome.
