She listens to me and understands my needs as a patient and comforts me in various procedures up to and including not only my baclofen pump but my medications as well. She and her outstanding staff that provided me with the services that only she can provide.
Susan is always very pleasant and helpful when visiting. Whenever we have had questions, Susan takes the time to answer them fully and checking to make sure you understand. Susan shows the upmost respect to the individuals she visits.

Susan takes initiative and helps, even if you call on just the wrong side of open hours. NP is always better than PCP because the NP gets on the phone or calls you back. Try that with a "Dr of Medicine."
