I reate 3 stars because the Doctor who works with Dr. Swapna, is a total quickie and he does not take his time and lacks precision. Moreover, the appointment is at 10:00 but he shows up at 11:00 (struggling with previous patient) Show more And on top of that, you ask him to do a specific procedure (to resolve your problem); he insists in doing "total cleaning" or some other irrelevant procedure which doesn't even help to resolve ur existing problem. Finally after the filling procedure, I felt a bad pain in my lower jaw for 2-3 days (couldn't bite, eat or chew) as he was in hurry and injected the lidocaine forcefully and did not attempt to be gentle with it. Please don't get me wrong, I had gotten injected for lidocaine numbness multiple times but this guy was so harsh. And with his usage of hand-piece, I was noticing my head was also moving due to him working extremely fast. I had pain and sensitivity with my tooth too but let's be fair it is natural for a newly-filled teeth. Dr. Swapna! if you are reading this please do something about it. If it was you, I'd have rated 5 stars but this guy was to ungentle & unpercise !
